The pitch

AbInBev, the world-renowned Belgian brewer, needed a video to inspire and motivate its Jupille employees to work even better together for the success of their Liège production unit. To achieve this goal, the brewery decided to use a manifesto based on Jupiler's values, mission and vision. The slogan "Everyone a stakeholder in our brewery's success was chosen to represent every employee's commitment to the company's success. The key pillars - respect, reliability and reputation - were identified as the most important in achieving this goal.

The result

The video begins by introducing the Ab Inbev manifesto and shows strong images of the brewery, beer production, but also images of Jupiler marketing and soccer showing the winning spirit and the importance of working together and as a team. The video highlighted the importance of each employee in the company's success and showed how their individual work contributes to the whole.

The video also highlighted the importance of Jupiler beer, the brewery's biggest and most famous beer. It showed how each bottle of Jupiler beer represents the pride and commitment of the employees in producing the best beer possible.
