Ultra-connected and crazy scrollers, Zs only show 8 seconds of interest in a piece of content. That's four seconds less than Ys. So you have a tiny window of opportunity to capture their attention: Be present on their favorite social networks: Snapchat, Instagram, Tiktok. And, use short formats, like stories or video clips, to last the 8 seconds.

Responsible values and behavior

Zs are much more activistthan Ys: respecting diversity, gender and the environment, companies need to adopt ethical behavior. And make it known.

Sincerity first

Zs consult three sources before making a purchase, and are more thrifty than their elders. Simulating a product's scarcity to increase desirability can be a bad publicity stunt. 

So don't overlook the importance of user feedback: 68% of Zs often or always consult online reviews before buying a product. Encouraging consumers to evaluate their experience is therefore key. And don't let a negative review go by without responding to it...
